Once you decide to use our agency, you can get started by filling out an application that we will send to you. This application will serve us getting to know you and your family needs better and ensure that we can match you with the perfect nanny for your family.

After reviewing your application, we will provide you with nanny profiles for you to review and decide who would be best for you to interview as a potential match. You control who you wish to contact, interview and hire - remember this is a very important decision and only you know what is best for your family and your home. Also, you are the ones who decide on the salary that you wish to pay your nanny - again, this is another aspect of the process over which you have total control.

In the rare event that you do not find someone who matches your needs, you are in no way obligated
to get a nanny through our services. We realize that this is a personal and important decision for which you have complete control.

Once you have selected the nanny you like, we can help you fill out the necessary paperwork. To begin, you will have to go online at the CRA website and apply for a business number (click here, you will see a red box on the left that has on it "Register Now". click on it to begin). There will be no associated charges as long as you use your name as the business name. This process takes about 10 minutes to complete.  You can also call call 1(800) 959 - 5525 and apply for your business number over the telephone. 

Once you have applied for and have received your business number, we will assist you with the necessary paperwork involved. Hiring a Foreign Nanny can take up to 4 months. If you are on maternity leave, you should start the process at around 6 months into your leave.
